Leon is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in recruitment, specializing in the Defence and Energy sectors. With a strong background in Engineering, Construction, and Technology, he has established himself as a trusted expert in finding top talent for critical roles within these industries.

Leon’s recruitment journey began in 2008 when he joined an IT-focused RPO firm based in Bristol. However, driven by his curiosity and passion for sustainable energy, he transitioned his career into the Renewable Energy sector. This move allowed him to broaden his knowledge of various engineering disciplines, enabling him to effectively identify and recruit the right individuals for diverse technical positions.

Throughout his career, Leon has developed a deep understanding of the engineering sectors, working closely with leading organisations to meet their staffing needs.
