Job Specification: Experienced CNC Turner/Operator
Location: Malvern
Salary: £15 – £16.50 DOE
Working Hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday – Thursday: 07:30 am – 16:00 pm
- Friday: 07:30 am – 12:30 pm
- Overtime on Fridays from 12:30 pm to 16:00 pm paid at 1.5x
- Overtime readily available

As part of their continuous growth, they are seeking an experienced CNC Turner/Operator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in SQDCP meetings within assigned areas.
- Ensure part production meets planned set and run times as well as quality requirements.
- Communicate and address Not Right First Time (NRFT) issues in assigned areas.
- Record and assist the Manufacturing Group Leader in improving the 5S organization of team areas and personal responsibility for operated machines.
- Attend and participate in progress meetings as required.
- Ensure correct materials, Route Cards, and drawings are used to produce components.
- Set up tools and offsets for operations and assist operators as needed.
- Adhere to delivery schedule requirements of parts to system/route card dates.
- Ensure work is completed on time and in full per process routing/system date requirements.
- Set and operate CNC Lathe Machines using Fanuc controls.
- Produce high complexity components from a range of materials.
- Adhere to quality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in setting and operating CNC Lathe Machines using Fanuc controls.
- Proficient in producing high complexity components from a range of materials.
- Strong adherence to quality standards.
- Good working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and engineering drawings.
