Do you have a passion for sales or recruitment? Are you eager to collaborate with our team of Senior Consultants, serving a diverse range of professional clientele?

In this role, you won’t be making business development or B2B sales calls. Instead, your focus will be solely on candidate sourcing and maintaining structured account management, with new clients provided by our Senior Consultants.

With a competitive base salary ranging from £20k to £22k plus uncapped commission and no threshold, you can anticipate an OTE of £30k to £40k in your first year. .

We require a minimum of 3-6 months of recruitment experience for this role, offering a warm desk environment to facilitate your success.
