Multi-Skilled Technician - Carlisle

Our client is a global facilities management and building services organisation who are looking to expand their already existing UK workforce of 8000+. Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for a Multi-skilled Technician covering sites throughout Carlisle.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out a multi-site role offering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines such as basic plumbing, carpentry, small building works, aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. The work includes a mix of PPM and reactive building fabric works internally and externally to include Building, Fabric, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing & Drainage, Joinery and Planned Maintenance.

You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and hold the following qualifications:

• An NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent 
• Full UK Driving Licence 

In return, our client is offering a total package of £29,722 per annum, including on call every 1 in 4 weeks + travel time + company van, tools and uniform + health care + pension scheme + 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays)
