I began my recruitment career in January 2025, initially working in the cyber security sector before joining Project Start in July as a Technical Delivery Consultant. My role focuses on sourcing the right candidates for our clients within the electrical, plumbing, and carpentry industries, ensuring we find people with the skills and attitude to succeed.

Before moving into recruitment, I worked in the maritime sector—starting out in merchant shipping and dredging for a building services company, before spending time at sea in the yachting industry. Eventually, I decided to return to Bristol and settle, which led me to recruitment.

I’ve really enjoyed the journey so far and I’m eager to keep learning, with the aim of developing into a full Recruitment Consultant. My goal is to not only match candidates to the right opportunities but also work closely with clients to help them secure the very best talent for their teams. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, going to the gym, and sailing whenever I get the chance to visit my family back in my hometown in South Devon.
