Clare is an all-round Recruitment and Business Development Director with a 20-year recruitment career in the Nuclear, Naval, Rail, Defence and Energy sectors, in an Engineering, Construction and Technology capacity. She is currently Security Cleared.

Clare started her career in recruitment in 1998 within the IT industry working for a small Bristol based firm but found herself moving into new technology and learning the ropes of the different engineering disciplines that she could also successfully recruit for.

Bringing a technical recruitment agency to Bristol has been a lifelong ambition which has been fulfilled by working with a fantastic portfolio of clients who trust and rely on Project Start to find the best talent. You will find Clare either walking her beloved dog Bailey or snowboarding with her son. She also manages to fit in the odd 10k!
