Jake joined Project Start in June 2024 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Prior to this, he worked at 24/7 Recruitment for 5 years and spent 2 years in tech recruitment before that. Jakes has worked in a wide range of environments, as a 360 Recruiter, Account Manager and On-Site Recruitment Manager for a large global organisation.

A dedicated football fan supporting Liverpool and Bristol City, he played for Bristol City, Bristol Rovers, and Swindon Academies. Some of his career highlights include playing at the training grounds of Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool, we do think that is pretty cool!

Jakes has other talents too and has been a DJ for the past 7 years, performing across the UK in some of the biggest clubs, as music is also one of his passions. This boy has skills!
