AIR-CONDITIONING ENGINEER 

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is a one of the largest commercial refrigeration engineering companies in the UK, and they provide innovative engineering solutions for refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical and electrical.

Their clients are within a diverse range of environments, such as production plants, cold stores, petrochemical plants and food plants.

JOB ROLE 

• Diagnose and repair faults on refrigeration systems, including leak detection, component testing, and system optimisation.

• Conduct proactive maintenance to reduce refrigerant loss and improve system efficiency, including pressure checks and performance monitoring.

• Attend reactive breakdowns, apply advanced fault-finding techniques, and implement permanent technical solutions to minimise repeat failures.

• Update service software and client portals with accurate technical data, including refrigerant usage, repair outcomes, and system performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• A suitably qualified HVAC discipline
• F-Gas
• Suitable AC Qualification (ideally Toshiba trained)
• Experience of working on a broad range of small & medium sized AHU,
• Fan Coils and Pumps. Fully conversant with all commercial burners/boilers, roof package direct fired units and associated in-line equipment including control wiring.
• Excellent Fault-Finding and Repair skills.

SALARY £45K PER ANNUM  (£50K OTE)
