Applications Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary Level: £40,000
Project Start are recruiting for a specialist commercial Air Conditioning client, who offer installation and maintenance services nationwide.
We are looking for an Applications Engineer who will be responsible for handling client enquiries and selections, both directly and via the field sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering with relevant experience in Heat Pump and/ or Chiller applications, although other HVAC applications may be considered. You will be comfortable understanding consultant specifications, completing selections and quotations, speaking directly with clients, including commercial discussions.
Key Responsibilities
– Reviewing client specifications
– Maintain a strong knowledge of our product portfolio
– Undertaking selections of relevant Chiller and HP equipment
– Engaging with suppliers and utilising their tools and technical documents
– Collating offers for clients and the external sales team
– Fielding client enquiries
– Undertaking commercial discussions with clients
– Occasional support of sales team in the field
Key Qualifications and Experience
– Background in HVAC
– Ideally in HP or Chiller application experience
– Other relevant experience considered
In return our client is offering a salary of £40,000 + Benefits.
