Overview

You will provide proactive, multi-skilled maintenance support to Co-op stores, following company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with KPIs.
• Report any issues that can’t be repaired and suggest alternatives.
• Inform store managers of any maintenance problems affecting operations.
• Carry out small alterations or installations as required.
• Perform general repairs (e.g., building fabric, shelving, signage).
• Keep accurate records of time sheets and mileage.
• Work with colleagues to maintain high quality standards.
• Follow all health & safety procedures and ensure safe working practices.
• Attend training courses to stay up to date with technical skills.
