Are you ready to lead a dynamic estimating team and play a vital role in winning exciting projects?

We are looking for an Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator to take ownership of our Internal Sales function, ensuring competitive, value-driven proposals and excellent client relationships.

JOB RESPONSBILIBITIES

  • Manage and motivate a small team of estimators.

  • Oversee and prioritise enquiries to deliver accurate, timely proposals.

  • Work closely with Business Developers on major projects and key accounts.

  • Maintain strong client relationships, supporting technical enquiries.

  • Monitor KPIs, margins, and delivery timelines to keep projects on track.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQURED 

  • Proven experience in estimating, commercial or industrial 

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Commercially aware, highly numerate, and detail-focused.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

  • Confident working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

  • Construction, Facilities, Engineering or Building Services sector background preferred but not essential.

SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Salary Up to £45K – £50K + Benefits

  • 4 days in office, 1 day at home
