Estimating Manager

The company operates with a strong emphasis on innovation, quality, safety, and customer support. Its UK operations include installation, maintenance, repair, and modernisation of automated entrance systems across multiple sectors such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial premises.

Are you ready to lead a dynamic estimating team and play a vital role in winning exciting projects?

We are looking for an Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator to take ownership of our Internal Sales function, ensuring competitive, value-driven proposals and excellent client relationships.

JOB RESPONSBILIBITIES

• Manage and motivate a small team of estimators.

• Oversee and prioritise enquiries to deliver accurate, timely proposals.

• Work closely with Business Developers on major projects and key accounts.

• Maintain strong client relationships, supporting technical enquiries.

• Monitor KPIs, margins, and delivery timelines to keep projects on track.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQURED 

• Proven experience in estimating, commercial or industrial 

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Commercially aware, highly numerate, and detail-focused.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Confident working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

• Construction, Facilities, Engineering or Building Services sector background preferred but not essential.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary Up to £45K – £50K + Benefits

• 4 days in office, 1 day at home
