Industrial Refrigeration Engineer

Due to growth, they are now looking for an Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join their London based team.

JOB PURPOSE

• Carrying out high-quality service, maintenance, and installation work on industrial refrigeration systems.

• Attending planned and reactive service calls across customer sites.

• Identifying areas for improving plant reliability, efficiency, and safety.

• Completing all documentation, service records, and reporting systems accurately and on time.

• Supporting continuous improvements in health and safety compliance and engineering standards.

• Representing the company professionally and maintaining excellent customer relationships

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Proven background in industrial refrigeration service and maintenance.

• Experience with HFC systems, and preferably CO2 and NH3.

• FGAS Category 1 qualified.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.

• A proactive attitude with strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

SALARY / BENEFITS 

Bellshill, Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Northampton, Derby, Norfolk, Reading and Bristol, Aberdeen

• Salary: £45,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Choice of car or van.

• Up to 20% performance-based salary top-up.
