We’re looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our high-performing facilities team at one of the most prestigious commercial sites in the City of London.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to expert on-site for all things Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fabric maintenance — ensuring the building runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in line with SFG20 & ACOP standards

• Responding quickly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests

• Carrying out statutory testing to meet ACOP & British Standards compliance

• Maintaining the highest level of health & safety across all works

• Supervising subcontractors and ensuring work quality meets client expectations

• Delivering every job with precision, professionalism, and pride

About You

You’re a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-end facilities.

You’ll need:

• Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Engineering + 18th Edition qualification

• Proven experience maintaining corporate or commercial buildings

• Strong knowledge of H&S procedures, permits, and toolbox talks

• Experience within PPM systems and compliance reporting

• Confidence in supervising subcontractors

• Good IT and reporting skills

• A flexible approach – with availability for paid overtime when required
