PURPOSE OF A REFRIGERATION ENGINEER
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who has recently completed an apprenticeship in refrigeration engineering or is already F-gas certified and is eager to apply their knowledge in a practical setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A REFRIGERATION ENGINEER:
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration units to ensure efficient operation.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations related to refrigeration systems.
- Manage and record details of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of new projects and systems.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers and team members.
- Stay updated with advancements in refrigeration technology and sustainability practices.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES:
- F-gas certification or recent completion of an apprenticeship in refrigeration engineering.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in various environments and adhere to safety standards.
