Michelle joined Project Start in September 2022 as Client Services Manager. Her role consists of strategically managing our National Contracts and Key Accounts offering a strong relationship delivery service. Michelle connects our recruitment teams in the group, with our key clients and ensures that the our Recruitment Consultants offer a 1st class service – Michelle carries this function across The Project Start Group for Project Start & Office Owls Recruitment.

Michelle has over 10 years experience, in partnership management, account management, recruitment, sales & marketing and she has also ran her own business. With 2 young boys who love football as much as Michelle does, she spends much of her spare time on the side of a football pitch, luckily Mum and Dad played football at semi – professional level, so they are following in their parents’ footsteps!

Walking her dog Roxy and socialising with friends and family is also what her weekends consist of.
