Sharon is a career recruiter having worked in the industry for over 25 years in numerous roles, both in in-house talent teams and agency. After a successful agency recruitment career, Sharon set up and ran her own freelance recruitment business for many years while raising a family, working almost exclusively with big 4 management consulting firms. Sharon moved into recruitment coaching 10 years ago and has worked with numerous recruitment businesses as a “high performance” sales coach and training provider.

Sharon has covered a wide range of in-house recruitment and 360 recruitment roles, and now acts as an Associate Consultant for The Project Start Group. She now supports some of our key clients, specialising in senior appointments, with a particular focus on Project Management disciplines. Sharon has join the Consulting Team and delivers high level senior candidates into a number of technical sectors.

In her spare time, you will find Sharon hanging around climbing cliffs, enjoying the outdoors and working on a range of social media and ethical living side projects.
