Before joining Project Start, I spent 7 years at BMS Performance, working my way up through client development to leading technical recruitment campaigns nationwide. My career started in business development roles across leading brands like Fraikin, Mercedes-Benz, and TNT — giving me a deep understanding of commercial environments and what makes teams tick.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong (and long-suffering) Spurs fan and currently the 1st Team Manager for Gloucestershire based side Tytherington Rocks FC — a role that’s taught me just as much about leadership, teamwork, and resilience as my career in recruitment.
