Refer a Friend Terms
If you have seen a vacancy on our website which you would like to refer a friend, associate or colleague, then we offer an introduction fee for this privilege. Project Start will pay £350 for a named candidate introduction upon placing that individual into our client. The fee will be paid after the 3 months probation period of that candidate once started.
Please send an email to [email protected], using the “Refer a Friend” title, along with the candidate’s name and the vacancy job title. We will make contact with you to discuss the approach of that candidate moving forward, unless a number has been offered already to call them directly. Your intro email is your confirmation of that approach and will automatically enter you into these terms of arrangement.
