I joined the Technical Engineering Team at Project Start in September 2024 with 12 months experience. This was a big step from the warehouse and industrial recruitment where I learnt the trade, but have gained so much experience and have developed into a successful Recruitment Consultant.

I really enjoy helping people find jobs they’re genuinely excited about and working with companies to build teams that just click. I focus mainly on technical and engineering roles, but what matters most to me is making sure the match feels right—not just on paper.
